During the current card-free pilot, this command does not open checkout or ask for payment details.
Confirm that Veranda is a member of the channel, the reaction is on a human-written message, and the flag is one of the ten supported language flags listed above. Remove the reaction and add it again once.
Type /veranda in Slack and choose the command from autocomplete. If neither command appears, ask a workspace admin to confirm that Veranda is still installed.
Only a current Slack workspace admin or owner can run /veranda-billing. Any workspace member can use /veranda-status.
Run /veranda-status to check whether the workspace reached its time or translation limit. Paid upgrades are not enabled during the current pilot; contact support for next steps.
To help us investigate, include your Slack workspace name, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate date and time. If available, include the Slack channel name and message timestamp.
During the pilot, we aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days. Security or privacy issues are prioritized, but this target is not a service-level guarantee.
A Slack workspace admin must authorize installation. To remove Veranda, use Slack's app management controls and uninstall the app. Uninstalling revokes Veranda's Slack access; follow the Data Deletion Instructions if you also want remaining workspace metadata deleted.
The current card-free pilot ends after 14 days or 100 successful translations per workspace, whichever comes first. Paid upgrades are not enabled. If the trial ends while your team is actively evaluating Veranda, contact support to discuss the pilot rather than sending payment details.
